Haida Corporation Board of Director Nominee Solicitation Announcement

The Haida Corporation Board of Directors is seeking the nomination of Shareholders - age 18 or older - interested in running for one of the two Board of Director seats up for election at the Haida Corporation Annual Meeting in Ketchikan, Alaska on March 13, 2021.

Shareholders who are willing to commit to follow the Haida Corporation Code of Conduct for Directors and want to work to improve Haida Corporation are encouraged to obtain a "Nominee Packet" from Haida Corporation starting Wednesday, December 16, 2020 and return the completed candidate forms to Haida Corporation before 5 P.M. on Friday, January 8, 2021.

Beginning December 16, 2020 you may pick up a "Nominee Packet" with all the necessary forms at the Haida Corporation Office. You may also request a copy to be sent to you by mail or email by calling (907) 285-3721 or toll free 1-800-478-3721, by faxing (907) 285-3944; or by emailing: adminasst@haidacorporation.com.

The completed original forms may be delivered in person to the Corporate Office or by mail. Haida Corporation must receive the completed forms by the January 8, 2021 deadline in order for the nominee to qualify for inclusion in the Corporation's proxy material.
